The Mine Boost attribute increases the amount of output and skill xp you get from #!mine

Formula: +1 item = x/40 points

+1 skill xp = x/125 points

For each level you get 5 attribute points, that would mean +1 item output for every 8 levels, if you invest them all in mine boost. That would also mean +1 skill xp for every 25 levels, if you invest them all in mine boost.
