Gather 1 Mystical Lemon, 1 Magical Ore, 1 Water Vial, 3 Wolf Fangs, and 3 Sandy Toilet Paper.

Once finished, travel back and talk to Clarckat Bibliothecam Magnam.
Travel to The Sick Dahlia. Buy a Mask and a Vodka Bottle from Mathilda.
Travel back and talk to Clarckat Bibliothecam Magnam again.
Travel to Maple Grove and gather 5 Blood Samples through killing Infected Maple Bears.
Travel back and talk to Clarckat Bibliothecam Magnam one more time.
