Parties are a feature that allows you to adventure with up to 12 other players.

Distribute rewards are based on level ratio (so a level 100 partying with a level 900 would get 10% and 90% of the rewards respectively)

Rewards will be increased by an additional 20% per member (so 1.2x with 2 people, 1.4x with 3, etc. maxes out at 4 party members)

After the enemy has been slain your party will all receive a normal gold and experience reward that you would get from that monster.
